Pros

Flexibility in work location because they are desperate to stop the bleeding of employee departure.

Cons

There is a lack of integrity that stems from the founder, Brian Winter. He is a self proclaimed marketing guru, but in reality, he has grown the company on the backs of his employees. He has sent business to Pyxl from other companies that he worked for which is a complete conflict of interest, and he did so to benefit his personal financial position. Be careful what he promises, the only promises that he keeps are the ones that benefit him, and his "chosen ones". The leaders are egotistical and untrustworthy.

Thank you for providing your feedback! As with any marketing agency, and any business really, we do have some turnover (both addition and subtraction). While we're sad to see someone leave, we're also proud to see where they are going - whether to manage a team in-house or work locally in a new state. Something to consider though, our turnover rate from the last quarter was 6% (3 of 50), and we've added a new CEO, COO and head of Design to continue and amplify Pyxl's positive growth trajectory. Another core truth of our industry is that most new business stems from a personal relationship, both past and present. However, if you have concerns please bring them up to a person who can help address/resolve them (i.e. manager, leadership team, etc.). We would be happy to talk it through.

Pros

There is so much opportunity for growth personally and professionally. I am not afraid to take risks or be assertive. We get to work on interesting and challenging projects. People are collaborative and enjoyable internally. We are asked to work hard but we are rewarded for the effort and treated kindly and fairly.

Cons

Hard work can be, well, hard.
