A very open and sharing environment where everyone has the opportunity to grow. Very smart people doing some very impressive work.

Cons

There is a lot of work and as a growing company still working on all the processes. Occasionally long hours.

Pros

There is so much opportunity for growth personally and professionally. I am not afraid to take risks or be assertive. We get to work on interesting and challenging projects. People are collaborative and enjoyable internally. We are asked to work hard but we are rewarded for the effort and treated kindly and fairly.

Cons

Hard work can be, well, hard.
