I have been with the company for quite some time now and I can honestly say that this is the kind of company you want to work for. The bosses treat their employees with respect and consideration. Qnomy values and encourages team work so you, at one point or another, will be in meetings with every Qnomy employee, from all levels. There are also endless opportunities in this company to grow. There are many different positions with different skills for each position; however, once you get your foot in the door, if you're ambitious and responsible, the company encourages and supports their employees in taking the hands on approach to learn other skills and grow within the company.
