Pros

Hands-on learning (of their tech only) Flat upper management

Cons

Chaos abounds. No vision or direction. Senior management is a joke. Will not disclose an org chart or state who is actually in charge. Financials are often 'creative'. No skills training offered, only random 'in-house' sessions run by people with a minimal grasp of English. They change direction on a whim with no consideration for the teams. The staff has not seen a bonus in 5 years, at the mercy of bad business planning and a total lack of market knowledge. The Partner organizations have done better with the products. Look at them instead. LOADS of nepotism - placing the family in key positions ahead of people with the skills and education to do so.

Pros

Very dynamic and innovative company, always presenting new challenges and most importantly, producing a really valuable product that does good.

Cons

A bit too erratic at times; also, wish the company invested more in branding so people would know the company I work for.

Pros

I have been with the company for quite some time now and I can honestly say that this is the kind of company you want to work for. The bosses treat their employees with respect and consideration. A few of the main characteristics that all employees share here are loyalty, drive and dedication. Qnomy values and encourages team work so you, at one point or another, will be in meetings with every Qnomy employee, from all levels. There are also endless opportunities in this company to grow. There are many different positions with different skills for each position; however, once you get your foot in the door, if you're ambitious and responsible, the company encourages and supports their employees in taking the hands on approach to learn other skills and grow within the company.

Cons

Health benefits can be better. You will also be handed BIG responsibilities very quickly so you will need to know how to work under pressure and not be shy to ask questions and take initiative on learning on your own.
