Pros

- Travel opportunities - Most team members are great

Cons

- Pay is barely equal to industry standards - Inter-departmental communication is lackluster at best - Remote offices really set the tone for policy and procedures, with politics and interpersonal relationships often getting involved - Uneven distribution of work, For example there are project managers with 17 projects, then project managers with 3 or 4 - Nonexistent procedures and policies. Everything is run ad hoc. - Software product itself is so antiquated and does not perform well. Half of the features do not work and are basically unsupportable - Projects often go through QA overseas and are never delivered on time or within spec. QA process overall is a joke - Very short training pipeline, you will be thrown directly into the fire - Misrepresented workload and expectations, often found myself doing two or three jobs full time - Sales will promise customer ANYTHING to convert to a sale. The responsibility to deliver will fall on project managers and implementations, ending in failure every time

Pros

Very dynamic and innovative company, always presenting new challenges and most importantly, producing a really valuable product that does good.

Cons

A bit too erratic at times; also, wish the company invested more in branding so people would know the company I work for.

Pros

I have been with the company for quite some time now and I can honestly say that this is the kind of company you want to work for. The bosses treat their employees with respect and consideration. A few of the main characteristics that all employees share here are loyalty, drive and dedication. Qnomy values and encourages team work so you, at one point or another, will be in meetings with every Qnomy employee, from all levels. There are also endless opportunities in this company to grow. There are many different positions with different skills for each position; however, once you get your foot in the door, if you're ambitious and responsible, the company encourages and supports their employees in taking the hands on approach to learn other skills and grow within the company.

Cons

Health benefits can be better. You will also be handed BIG responsibilities very quickly so you will need to know how to work under pressure and not be shy to ask questions and take initiative on learning on your own.
