*Supervisors and Management are horrible!!!! Whenever you need a supervisor they r available once in a blue moon they are busy walking around laughing and talking with other Supervisors instead of doing their job. When u have irate customers that want to speak to a supervisor one is never available so you are stuck. You have to set up a callback and alot of times they dont bother to call the customer back. I don't like how they handle their customers. * Pay sucks and as a Diplomat you do both Customer Service and Order Entry so u get paid accordingly both pay rates suck.

Only pros - wfh and you get a nice discount

Everything else. Management/corporate have unrealistic kpis. You can only use the rr during your SCHEDULED break. You have to offer a sale to EVERY CALLER even if they are already upset. You can NOT hang up even if the customer is screaming/offending you. My manager once said I should’ve been more patient. Mind you the customer was already using foul language and belittling me. I POLITELY asked the customer to please refrain from using that kind of language. It continued and I told her I would have to release the call. Also you stop getting a raise after 2 years. You cap at $17/hr.
