Pros
Very easy job to maintain. Come to work on time. Follow quality call flow to insure good monthly monitoring.
Cons
Pay is the only factor that's hard for me. It's not that good. Benefits are expensive with little coverage. Can be a very unprofessional enviroment depending on where and who you sit around within the call center.
