Pros

Trainers and coworkers were nice

Cons

Seems to care more about call times then actual customer service condescending rules and feed back from management (talk of 'grey areas' when talking about rules and policies all the time ) terrible points system for unpaid time off/missed days no job security you could be fired at the drop of a hat the system is always having some sort of issue between the actual computer system or the shipping and delivery department that ships items wrong or late constantly or it may never get sent at all thats a 'fun' conversation but dont take too long on that call or your fired

Pros

Work from home, is about the only pro for the job

Cons

No work life balance at all, you will NEVER get requested days off approved even if you put it in 10 days in advance, strict attendance policy, their metrics are insane, with mandatory upsells now being 3% and have to do an upsell now WITH EVERY CALL not just sale calls even if the customer is upset, went from 2%-3% upsell goal, I personally started with 38 people in my training there's maybe 3 of us left, you don't even get to breathe between calls, and told not to use the bathroom during high calls times is crazy.
