Pros

Decent pay, working from home is nice.

Cons

Attendance policy sucks, Supervisors don't really care about you, the training is fast and not detailed at all and when they do a coaching call with you about your calls they say you need to review the policy more but you can only do it on company time and most of the time you are taking calls so there isn't time to review the policy.
