      The benefits were amazing. Great employee discount, nice work environment, friendly people.

      Cons

      I worked in Order Services for 7 months. It's very repetitive, obviously and very stressful. The phones ring NON-stop, seriously. Taking 125 calls in 4 hours is common on a slow day. Hard to get to know people. Then promoted to CS full-time. I, myself, could NOT handle the stress or the pace. Ending up having to leave for my own health and well-being. I found the managers/supervisors very helpful, they actually offered me my old position back, but I ending up resigning.

      Only pros - wfh and you get a nice discount

      Everything else. Management/corporate have unrealistic kpis. You can only use the rr during your SCHEDULED break. You have to offer a sale to EVERY CALLER even if they are already upset. You can NOT hang up even if the customer is screaming/offending you. My manager once said I should’ve been more patient. Mind you the customer was already using foul language and belittling me. I POLITELY asked the customer to please refrain from using that kind of language. It continued and I told her I would have to release the call. Also you stop getting a raise after 2 years. You cap at $17/hr.
