Pros

Qvc is a great big company with locations worldwide. Qvc is very customer focus and responds immediately to her demands. The employees that they have are great loving people with hearts of gold that honestly love their jobs. Great benefits

Cons

Low pay bad hours since they are a 24/7 company. Senior management gets paid great while regular employees get paid below average. Communication sucks at qvc no one knows what's going on at any particular point. It's completely by luck it works. They cutback on everything with no regard on how that will effect the employees.

Only pros - wfh and you get a nice discount

Cons

Everything else. Management/corporate have unrealistic kpis. You can only use the rr during your SCHEDULED break. You have to offer a sale to EVERY CALLER even if they are already upset. You can NOT hang up even if the customer is screaming/offending you. My manager once said I should’ve been more patient. Mind you the customer was already using foul language and belittling me. I POLITELY asked the customer to please refrain from using that kind of language. It continued and I told her I would have to release the call. Also you stop getting a raise after 2 years. You cap at $17/hr.
