Pros

Employees are extremely hard-working and truly care about their jobs and the quality of their work.

Cons

Senior Leadership is willfully toxic - specifically for BIPOC employees. Microaggressions and microinequities are frequent. Leadership needs mandatory racism and bias training to avoid blatant discriminatory faux pas, like stereotypical language ("too aggressive") and overt policing of BIPOC employees. Leadership will not promote BIPOC employees to senior level positions when qualified. I personally know several BIPOC employees who resigned because they were not promoted after successfully serving many years in the same position. The company needs to do a better job of hiring diverse talent in every department, at every level - Not just in the cafeteria, call centers or warehouses. Also, they need to do a better job in recruiting BIPOC interns - Lincoln University and Cheyney University are a few miles away, however, I never saw one intern from those schools, or interns from any other HBCUs.

Pros

Only pros - wfh and you get a nice discount

Cons

Everything else. Management/corporate have unrealistic kpis. You can only use the rr during your SCHEDULED break. You have to offer a sale to EVERY CALLER even if they are already upset. You can NOT hang up even if the customer is screaming/offending you. My manager once said I should’ve been more patient. Mind you the customer was already using foul language and belittling me. I POLITELY asked the customer to please refrain from using that kind of language. It continued and I told her I would have to release the call. Also you stop getting a raise after 2 years. You cap at $17/hr.
