Pros

Cafeteria , variety of work schedules to choose from providing you dont get laid off for no reason. .

Cons

Don't expect to buy a new car while you work here because the pay is horrible. Most of the folks been there since breakdancing was out therefore the company really caters towards them and not so much new folks. Really good part time job but that's about it. Ripping off elderly people because they have nobody else to talk to therefore they blow their whole social security check on clothes because they are literally brainwashed. ..no lie.

Only pros - wfh and you get a nice discount

Cons

Everything else. Management/corporate have unrealistic kpis. You can only use the rr during your SCHEDULED break. You have to offer a sale to EVERY CALLER even if they are already upset. You can NOT hang up even if the customer is screaming/offending you. My manager once said I should’ve been more patient. Mind you the customer was already using foul language and belittling me. I POLITELY asked the customer to please refrain from using that kind of language. It continued and I told her I would have to release the call. Also you stop getting a raise after 2 years. You cap at $17/hr.
