Company Values Team Member Resource Groups Paid Volunteer Day Focus on DE&I Fun atmosphere on-site Remote and hybrid options Fabulous response and support throughout the pandemic Broadcast-side and Engineering-side are well managed and organized A lot of truly amazing people work here 40% discount and sample sale

Cons

Some leaders only care about climbing the corporate ladder and do not care about the business or their teams. Constant reorgs. They seem to use reorgs to let people go instead of actually removing low performers and toxic individuals. Salaries are notoriously low. Digital-side is unorganized, underfunded, and chaotic. Retail is tough. Business is not doing well. Supply chain issues are not helping.

Work from home, is about the only pro for the job

Cons

No work life balance at all, you will NEVER get requested days off approved even if you put it in 10 days in advance, strict attendance policy, their metrics are insane, with mandatory upsells now being 3% and have to do an upsell now WITH EVERY CALL not just sale calls even if the customer is upset, went from 2%-3% upsell goal, I personally started with 38 people in my training there's maybe 3 of us left, you don't even get to breathe between calls, and told not to use the bathroom during high calls times is crazy.
