Pros

- Pay was fair - The West Chester office was very nice with an on-site cafeteria - Flexible work schedule

Cons

- Hired has remote and 1 month in QVC moved to hybrid. I lost 3 hours of my work day which I had to make up at night. - Extremely tight deadlines, every 24 hours. This negated the flexible work schedule. - Getting IT tickets resolved were extremely painful. Some general software require extensive forms to fill out, such as a new Logitech mouse and keyboard driver. I spent nearly my first month waiting for data access and data software. - Very little check-ins by my managers for a new hire - Training was subpar for the scale of the business - Basic data for the show side business were not easily accessible for use in analysis nor forecasting

Pros

Only pros - wfh and you get a nice discount

Cons

Everything else. Management/corporate have unrealistic kpis. You can only use the rr during your SCHEDULED break. You have to offer a sale to EVERY CALLER even if they are already upset. You can NOT hang up even if the customer is screaming/offending you. My manager once said I should’ve been more patient. Mind you the customer was already using foul language and belittling me. I POLITELY asked the customer to please refrain from using that kind of language. It continued and I told her I would have to release the call. Also you stop getting a raise after 2 years. You cap at $17/hr.
