Pay is good and there’s a return store where you can buy high end products for cheap

The RSP department runs on a basic, favoritism scale. You will not get trained on other equipment unless you are a man or you suck up to your supervisor. If not, they labor share you. But they only labor share certain people. If they don’t like you, they just labor share you. While other people get to do their job every single day without ever having to be transferred to another department. in addition, you basically work the entire weekend with no weekend off.
