Pros

People are nice... Mostly! Employee discount is ok.

Cons

Culture had always been a strong suit but has took a hit with new leaders more focused on cost cutting and self preservation. Benefits package is significantly below the market average. Pension for new employees is poor! This once winning company has lost its way by not acknowledging its key issues and coming up with a strategy to address them. Leaders are more interested in hitting short term financials than driving multi year growth. Lack of progression opportunities, limited development beyond a certain level.

Only pros - wfh and you get a nice discount

Cons

Everything else. Management/corporate have unrealistic kpis. You can only use the rr during your SCHEDULED break. You have to offer a sale to EVERY CALLER even if they are already upset. You can NOT hang up even if the customer is screaming/offending you. My manager once said I should’ve been more patient. Mind you the customer was already using foul language and belittling me. I POLITELY asked the customer to please refrain from using that kind of language. It continued and I told her I would have to release the call. Also you stop getting a raise after 2 years. You cap at $17/hr.
