Business Outlook
Pros
Lots of responsibility given early on. Directly work with Hosts, Directors, and Line Producers to produce live shows. Some opportunity to work up from Production Coordinator to Associate Producer (via upgrading shifts, training). Coming from freelance, it's nice to have consistent work where you can build relationships and (occasionally) shadow other departments/teams.
Cons
Slow moving, hard to progress in Studio after Associate Producer, unless willing to move to another department. Bend but don't break mentality where Studio team picks up for other departments' shortcomings. Extremely fast paced, which can be nice, but also tough. As of now, it's a lean schedule, so if anyone calls out, it creates a much higher workload.
