Pros

Discount, Hours are good, I got to pick when I could work which was perfect for me, but the training was odd with part of the training not really 'full' time

Cons

Felt like my job was always under threat, was given 90 days to met the AHT goal but in truth it was less than an month on the floor (Most spent in training). When they felt like you weren't going to meet goal they started to run people off. Some of them well trained agents by different companies. Running customers off the phones` the AHT had to be around 3-4 minutes per call. which means they wanted you to have about 140 calls a day on an eight hour shift . No clear QA guidelines to go by

High call volume. Can't even sip water before the next call is coming through

Pros

Pros : great employee discount given on items Flexibility to work remotely

Cons

Overworked and underpaid . Unreasonable working hours and back to back phone calls. Pay was not great at all. Micro-managing was insane.
