Pros

Working from home was nice, pay was okay.

Cons

Over worked. Strict time frame on getting calls out of the way. Customers were elderly and lonely, they want to talk. Got marked down harshly. Felt there was racism prevalent against whites, by certain heads. Couldnt finish marking an acct or sometimes even hanging up another one came in. One call back to back from the minute you connected to call line until finished your day. It was absolutely exhausting. Never experienced anything like it. All management was so phony and fake. Everyone was just all sunshine all the time to a fault. It was so disingenuous. However, I had a trainer make derogatory comments about Trump. Very inappropriate. Customers were so nasty. Supervisors never called customers back who wanted sup. Call back. They just noted the file “returned call, no answer” yet upper management cant tell thats not true but we get 2 minutes a day for a bathroom break if needed. I could go on and on. Its been 3 years since I worked there but still the hell of it is FRESH. Time off never approved even if you had time. Like I said the people we fake as realistically they couldnt care less about how they were running slave labor type business.

Pros

Only pros - wfh and you get a nice discount

Cons

Everything else. Management/corporate have unrealistic kpis. You can only use the rr during your SCHEDULED break. You have to offer a sale to EVERY CALLER even if they are already upset. You can NOT hang up even if the customer is screaming/offending you. My manager once said I should’ve been more patient. Mind you the customer was already using foul language and belittling me. I POLITELY asked the customer to please refrain from using that kind of language. It continued and I told her I would have to release the call. Also you stop getting a raise after 2 years. You cap at $17/hr.
