Pros

The best reason would be to help customers correct issues with shipped items, mostly faulty shipping on the warehouse's part for sending out wrong or damaged items

Cons

average handling time or aht should be more lenient based on the nature of the work. it's difficult to get a customer off the phone in 3 minutes if it is a particularly complicated or troubled call. Also quality should learn the difference between being polite and absolutely grovelling to the customer...

Pros

Pros : great employee discount given on items Flexibility to work remotely

Cons

Overworked and underpaid . Unreasonable working hours and back to back phone calls. Pay was not great at all. Micro-managing was insane.
