Pros

Was good for awhile, but after a change in leadership it went downhill pretty quickly

Cons

There is too much pressure on sales, even when working in customer service. Like who's going to buy a toaster after not receiving any packages that they already ordered

Pros

Pros : great employee discount given on items Flexibility to work remotely

Cons

Overworked and underpaid . Unreasonable working hours and back to back phone calls. Pay was not great at all. Micro-managing was insane.
