Pros
they did allow you to request time off that was unpaid quite often.
Cons
They expect SO much out of employees for no pay. You have to have almost perfect quality, adherence, sales etc... phone calls were back to back to back with literally no time to breathe. If you stopped taking calls, your manager would immediately message you like a babysitter. They would have very abusive customers but they didnt care how their employees were treated if that customer brought in money.
