Pros

One bad manager ruins it.

Cons

Difficult communication and very angry front office staff. When I asked a manager from the front office about the employee volunteer program, I was met with demeaning sarcasm and a belittling tone. This happened first thing in the morning on 11/11/24 and destroyed my motivation for the entire day. This woman wanted me to feel small and came across as having a difficult personality. I will not go to the front office for any reason and I could care less about employee engagement and the volunteer program. Finding out information is an ordeal where you are treated as less than human.

Only pros - wfh and you get a nice discount

Cons

Everything else. Management/corporate have unrealistic kpis. You can only use the rr during your SCHEDULED break. You have to offer a sale to EVERY CALLER even if they are already upset. You can NOT hang up even if the customer is screaming/offending you. My manager once said I should’ve been more patient. Mind you the customer was already using foul language and belittling me. I POLITELY asked the customer to please refrain from using that kind of language. It continued and I told her I would have to release the call. Also you stop getting a raise after 2 years. You cap at $17/hr.
