Pros

They give you time to reach your target metrics. Managers are nice very independent work your pretty much on your own while working not much help which could be a con also. You may love it but not for me.

Cons

On the phones all day except your two 15 min break and lunch. Barely anytime at all between calls to take a breather. You cannot transfer to billing or anywhere else if they have an account problem. QVC love to lock or delete account which make customers very peed off. Most customer are decent. But there are some entitled elderly folks with that have 0 patience so that’s a pain.

Pros

Only pros - wfh and you get a nice discount

Cons

Everything else. Management/corporate have unrealistic kpis. You can only use the rr during your SCHEDULED break. You have to offer a sale to EVERY CALLER even if they are already upset. You can NOT hang up even if the customer is screaming/offending you. My manager once said I should’ve been more patient. Mind you the customer was already using foul language and belittling me. I POLITELY asked the customer to please refrain from using that kind of language. It continued and I told her I would have to release the call. Also you stop getting a raise after 2 years. You cap at $17/hr.
