Notice how every review from current employees is 4 or 5 stars, with an average of 4.7 stars? And how reviews from terminated employees tend to give 1 star? Draw your own conclusions. It seems QLess is an awesome place to work at, and that it's not a good place for poor performers. The person who wrote this review was terminated due to bad performance. We don't terminate many people so it's easy to tell-- Indeed, if you don't perform and you don't like to work, you won't be happy at QLess. This particular person actually asked to keep working here, so all he is angry about is not being able to work here anymore. That's normal.
