Pros
There are a handful of great people at the company, and I think the product is a very good idea.
Cons
The company culture is toxic and abusive. People don't respect each other and regularly talk badly of colleagues behind their backs or even directly to their faces. The platform was barely holding together. There were times where the application completely crashed several times per week or even multiple times per day, though I've heard this has improved since I left. Very high turnover, talented people all quickly move on to something better. We desperately needed more headcount on the Support team but we're told there wasn't enough money. Meanwhile, Sales continued to grow endlessly. New customers kept coming while those we already had kept churning. The pay is well below industry standard, the entire time I was there management talked about raises/bonuses/promotions that were coming "soon", but no sign of any of that after a year and a half at the company. I could go on, but you get the idea. This was my first job in the software industry so I thought this was all normal. Once I moved on, I couldn't believe how bad it was in retrospect.
