Pros

Work with some of the leading technology available in the market Tackle customer problems across verticals High degree of responsibility

Cons

no work life balance - expect 14 hour days as the norm Management is haphazard Growth pressure is insane There are some very employer friendly clauses in the contract which will cost employees a lot - such as, you need to return your sales incentive(earned for sales made in the previous year) if you leave within 12 months of receiving the incentive. i.e. no matter when you separate, you will lose one years' incentive amount

Thank you for your feedback. We are continuously working on making Quantiphi a better workplace. The revised leave policy and new sabbatical policy will help resolve the work life integration issues. The amendment to the incentives policy also caters to the retention clause.
