Helping the individuals and making a difference in their lives. Great benefits package. A good place to start a career in the medical field. Lots of training, so you aren't left guessing what is expected.

Cons

Some petty coworkers who add more stress to the already stressful work. Favoritism by Supervisors. Low pay and high stress. Supervisors don't always listen to the concerns of staff.
