Pros

Good Health Insurance, set hours

Cons

Company will literally put screws to you to, every call has to be under 3 minutes which is impossible in any customer service environment, QA evaluations were done by people who knew nothing about your department & simplicities like wording were counted against you, if you did not get 100% on QA scores you were given a 3 strikes & your out warning system, be prepared to be on Depression & Anxiety meds

Pros

Pay is higher than most in the area. Hours are good. Benefits are good.

Cons

It’s very difficult to get time off for anything, regardless of how much vacation time you have. Only 15% of those hours will carry over and you lose what you’ve worked for and weren’t able to use. Not enough floats to cover the territory so people can actually get time off. Pay raises aren’t very good.
