You’re also surrounded by really friendly people that you get close too over the months since quick quack relies on teamwork to run the store. Quick quack had us working outside a lot so we were sometimes in the intense heat of summer or the cold of winter. Even in rain we operated the store, so we would be outside changing the trash and replenishing towels in the rain

Micromanaged, not being paid the same as my coworkers because they know management personally. (3-4 $ differences), not being able to get my shifts covered due to legitimate issues but my coworkers being able to take days off whenever due to knowing management personally
