Some cons of this company as with a lot of companies is that the Higher-Ups are not well informed on how the normal day to day processes are handled and some weird choices get made. It feels as though if you have a complaint or are wanting to try a new practice and bring it up to your "Boss" then it just gets played off as, "well that's a good idea but, we shouldn't stir the pot." It often feels like you are just talking to a brick wall that is trying to appease you and your "negative" feelings. That was my experience for one certain region of work so I can't completely speak for all Leadership in this is how they behave.
