Pros

Pay is the only positive.

Cons

I’ve been with the company for over a year and initially found it to have a strong, supportive leadership team that genuinely cared about employees. However, since the transition to new ownership, the work environment has deteriorated significantly. Current leadership does not foster a positive culture and seems more focused on pushing their own agenda rather than listening to or valuing existing employees. Concerns raised to HR are not taken seriously, as decisions appear to be made solely based on leadership’s input without considering all perspectives. Recent company events have raised ethical concerns, with unprofessional behavior from management that does not set a good example. Additionally, operational decisions seem wasteful, with unnecessary purchases being made while existing resources are discarded. Many employees, including myself, are now actively seeking other opportunities due to the current work climate. It’s disappointing to see what was once a great company culture shift so drastically. I hope improvements are made to restore a sense of integrity and respect in leadership.

Pros

Good pay, Snacks, Get to be outside, Getting to hand out ducks and stickers to families, sometimes see pets

Cons

Favoritism, Accomodations, Working outside of your pay (a lot of mechanical unsafe maintenance involved for someone who wasn’t told that would be part of the job at all), Dangerous, Having to stick to an approach and getting written up if you change the wording, even for using “which” instead of “what” like they want. Micromanaged, not being paid the same as my coworkers because they know management personally. (3-4 $ differences), not being able to get my shifts covered due to legitimate issues but my coworkers being able to take days off whenever due to knowing management personally
