Cons
Lot's of hard work left to do - every day and that just means you have to wake up and be prepared for battle. Some people would not like this but I believe the A players will do really well in this type of environment. Work hard, play hard. Enterprise IT customers can still be a little risk adverse and you have to work through that to get them interested. That's hard work but doable.
