Its total discouraging that CEO do all self-center talks and say that people don't want to learn or listen to his BS. - Being relative isn't much of the advantage. - Don't force employee to sign affidavit letter after they leave company in the name of non-compete agreement. This is not ethically right. - CEO needs to learn to respect all consultant and not just in manager post. Though he don't have so many years left in professional life.
