      Pros

      Well it was a 4 day work week but mandatory overtime makes it 6 days.. so none. Work force was cool but everyone is leaving for better opportunities.

      Cons

      It doesn't matter if you work there 2 years or 40 years you will make the same amount of money. No where to go. There is no advancement in this company. Everyone is hired from the outside they will NOT promote anyone. Pay is ancient. Still not making 20/hr after 15+ years. Management is a joke and that's an understatement. A lot of veteran workers leaving because of lack of respect, care, and pay.

      Pros

      A co-op does look decent on a résumé.

      Cons

      Instead of being mentored, interns and co-ops were treated as disposable labor. The work was repetitive and low-level, with no effort made to teach or grow technical skills. It felt like being used to fill gaps without recognition or credit, which defeated the purpose of joining a co-op in the first place.
