      Pros

      Good Company, Good Team mates, senior persons are interactive and good. you can put your points to them clearly. they are ready to improve the things. Flexible working hour. they provide free food.

      Cons

      Learning opportunity are less in some department, Transport is not employee favourable but they are driver and Vendor favourable. so many problem may be there due to Transport department.

      No promotions, and the yearly pay increase is basically the inflation rate

      Pros

      The voluntary separation offer was good.

      Cons

      I and hundreds of colleagues were transferred from Providence Health & Services to R1. We were told we were guaranteed our jobs for a year. They started offering voluntary separation packages less than a year in. This was suspicious. I didn't take the first couple of offers, but eventually I did - things were feeling uneasy. Since leaving I've heard that there were several layoffs. R1's India team has taken over a lot of the coding we were doing. In the reviews I read before we started with R1 I know losing jobs to the India team was common. I'm glad I left when I did but it's been hard finding a new job.
