      None really come to mind.

      Cons

      Avoid the Kalamazoo Michigan location of this company like the plague! Middle-management is a joke, office atmosphere is like high school, you have to account for every second of your day so God help you if you have to go to the bathroom too much. Very stressful job for very little pay. You have to fight for every dollar commission that you earn. Horrible experience.

      The voluntary separation offer was good.

      I and hundreds of colleagues were transferred from Providence Health & Services to R1. We were told we were guaranteed our jobs for a year. They started offering voluntary separation packages less than a year in. This was suspicious. I didn't take the first couple of offers, but eventually I did - things were feeling uneasy. Since leaving I've heard that there were several layoffs. R1's India team has taken over a lot of the coding we were doing. In the reviews I read before we started with R1 I know losing jobs to the India team was common. I'm glad I left when I did but it's been hard finding a new job.
