      Pros

      None. These people do not know what they are doing.

      Cons

      Management is top heavy and there is no clear delineation of who does what. Little or no communication with employees which creates a lot of confusion and inabilty to carry out work. Outsource most of the work overseas. Questionable work ethics.

      The voluntary separation offer was good.

      I and hundreds of colleagues were transferred from Providence Health & Services to R1. We were told we were guaranteed our jobs for a year. They started offering voluntary separation packages less than a year in. This was suspicious. I didn't take the first couple of offers, but eventually I did - things were feeling uneasy. Since leaving I've heard that there were several layoffs. R1's India team has taken over a lot of the coding we were doing. In the reviews I read before we started with R1 I know losing jobs to the India team was common. I'm glad I left when I did but it's been hard finding a new job.
