Pros

flexible hours, good pay- especially with commission. Located very close to WMU's campus. Management makes some attempt to recognize good employees- but sometimes just turns the workplace into a big competition for highest collections.

Cons

everything you do and how you spend your time each shift is closely scrutinized. Company is growing faster than they can keep up with, creating times of unease and disorganization. Hard to find parking!

Pros

Amazing work life balance and flexible hours with many projects to learn from

Cons

No promotions, and the yearly pay increase is basically the inflation rate

Pros

The voluntary separation offer was good.

Cons

I and hundreds of colleagues were transferred from Providence Health & Services to R1. We were told we were guaranteed our jobs for a year. They started offering voluntary separation packages less than a year in. This was suspicious. I didn't take the first couple of offers, but eventually I did - things were feeling uneasy. Since leaving I've heard that there were several layoffs. R1's India team has taken over a lot of the coding we were doing. In the reviews I read before we started with R1 I know losing jobs to the India team was common. I'm glad I left when I did but it's been hard finding a new job.
