      There are none. Toxic environment.

      Cons

      Shared Service Centers are a cesspool. Upper Management ignores sexual harassment claims and promotions are all about who you know or who you're willing to sleep with. Poor communication. Poor ethics. Poor employee engagement. Non-Existent work-life balance.
