      Pros

      Unlimited PTO Flexible work schedules and ability to work from home for some positions. Pays well.

      Cons

      Unlimited PTO. Good luck taking time off in any increments larger than a long weekend. They tend to take advantage of those working form home and expect longer hours if you can't get it done in 8 hours. Benefits are competitive. Which means expect a high deductible plan that is expensive and has less than ideal coverages.

      literally the worst company to exist, they will micromanage every aspect of your work and force you out of the company when you do nothing wrong, Terrible managers, worst ive ever had in my career. low salary too
