      Pros

      Great training system. They are growing by leaps and bounds, lots of room for movement within teh company. Many locations to choose from and get your career started. Great company!

      Cons

      Moving very quickly, sometimes even tooo quickly. They are times when HR department cannot keep up with all the paperwork and management of so many new people. Other than that... no bad words!

      Pros

      The voluntary separation offer was good.

      Cons

      I and hundreds of colleagues were transferred from Providence Health & Services to R1. We were told we were guaranteed our jobs for a year. They started offering voluntary separation packages less than a year in. This was suspicious. I didn't take the first couple of offers, but eventually I did - things were feeling uneasy. Since leaving I've heard that there were several layoffs. R1's India team has taken over a lot of the coding we were doing. In the reviews I read before we started with R1 I know losing jobs to the India team was common. I'm glad I left when I did but it's been hard finding a new job.
