      Given a great deal of education.

      Cons

      Very little appreciation of their coding staff. Set impossible productivity and accuracy standards. Upper management were constantly watching employees. Decided to hire overseas staff from India. Refused to hire any Americans for coding and billing when positions opened up. India staff was completely incapable of the tasks.

      some coworkers were good, other than that nothing

      literally the worst company to exist, they will micromanage every aspect of your work and force you out of the company when you do nothing wrong, Terrible managers, worst ive ever had in my career. low salary too
