They send out a work survey every month yet I would love to have seen any indication that the had taken action on these in a meaningful way,.
Some painfully clunky UI/UX software If you missed out on working in 2005 this will give you an idea. It's not that they don't have good designers though until lately didn't pay them much heed.

Testing was undervalued, Now that the company has gone private, it’s unclear if these penny-pinching tendencies will shift, but my experience, after being laid off, is that a focus on short-term savings over employee investment hasn't changed.
