Prepare for a monumental amount of reporting. Prepare for a large team to supervise when you don't have the tools you need to assist them. Prepare for condescension, bullying, passive aggression, no feedback loop, learning from SOPs and videos, and being underpaid for the amount of work you do. Prepare for low employee morale. Prepare for being forced to micromanage and be micromanaged. Be prepared for upper management who act one way on camera, and differently off camera. Prepare for it being broadcasted and made known to everyone that you are not liked or respected, if that's the case. Get ready to be able to file a complaint with HR. Be prepared to resign without a job lined up if your path follows most. Prepare for HIGH turnover.
