Pros
The company has had a complete transformation. The result is many of the lazy, negative entitled people are gone and vocal about the changes. What is real: we now respect women in leadership, we allow flexible family friendly work environments. We had pay increases and improved benefits and are empowered to lead the culture. Who wouldn’t want that??
Cons
Transitioning out the old entitled culture who didn’t focus on quality and work ethic.
