Cons
Frequent and regular turnover of both new and experienced staff. Below market pay. Pay rate is very low compared to industry standard for most positions, when compared to similar positions at other companies. The promise of pay raises to anyone outside of corporate management roles has not been delivered on for years. Management has lost the trust of the staff, morale is low.
