Good pay for both hourly and Salaried Employees. A lot of opportunity for advancing your education in the field you have chosen. Decent Benefits and retirement.

Cons

No time given to further your education. Short career span and a very high turnover rate for supervisors and middle management. Lack of resources needed to complete the job correctly. Too much red tape.

Not a whole lot of training outside of videos Managers were busy or on vacation, so not a lot of facetime Little guidence on what to do with my time
