Pros

Pay and PTO time is great. Nice facility and the product lines are great.

Cons

In the past 8 years we have gone through 7 General Managers and Fargo management wonders why market share is down along with service volume. This is all impacted by the turn over. In 2014 we replaced the following good employees. Two service managers-Five salesman-One parts manager. The customers and the community have lost all faith in management out of Fargo. This has forced our customers to move towards Cat&Case&Ford New Holland.

Pros

A company that is willing to develop their employees. They really take care to train. Lots of growth. RDO is a private company with strong core values from top management all the way down to the hourly positions.

Cons

Health package is not the greatest. And bonuses can be small.

Pros

Upper Management is always trying to make the employees better satisfied. Pay is good as long as you perform, and the market does well. Most of magement and owners seem to care about the employees. They try not to lay off people when the economy is bad.

Cons

Management trys to do to much with in house computer programs and people. They make the jobs much more difficult trying to make an easy job difficult with technology. While it is important to watch inventory control and documentation of policies, to much power is given to Auditors. They keep all employees scared of them, including managment. I would suggest a good corporate book I have read called "The Trust Factor".
